Montana PMP - May 9, 2011 Link to this legislation: http://data.opi.mt.gov/bills/2011/sesslaws/ch0241.pdf The Montana Governor has signed HB83 which enables the Montana Board of Pharmacy to establish a Prescription Drug Registry (AKA Prescription Drug Monitoring Program) The program will be housed in the Board of Pharmacy and is expected to come online by January 1, 2012.
