DEA releases new Chemical Handler's Manual now available on the DEA Diversion website

This manual was prepared by the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Diversion Control Division, to assist those persons who handle scheduled listed chemical products and List I and II chemicals in understanding the Federal Controlled Substances Act and its implementing regulations as they pertain to regulated chemicals. Guidance documents, such as this document, are not binding and lack the force and effect of law, unless expressly authorized by statute or expressly incorporated into a contract, grant, or cooperative agreement.
